Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Renzo Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jobe Nkemakolam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machida comes to the cage accompanied by No more Shadows for the Past- NARNIA. Renzo Machida has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Jorge Garcia and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida drops Nkemakolam with a right and a left! Machida comes rushing in but Nkemakolam regains his composure and manages to keep Machida in guard.
It looks like Jobe Nkemakolam has been cut.

Renzo Machida has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Nkemakolam lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Nkemakolam shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Machida's guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jobe Nkemakolam hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Nkemakolam lands a nice hook to Machida's body. Machida takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Machida lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Nkemakolam has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Nkemakolam and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Machida bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Nkemakolam's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Nkemakolam walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Machida checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Machida looks to land a body kick but Nkemakolam moved away.
Machida is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Nkemakolam connects with a right hand. Machida shakes it off.
Machida clobbers Nkemakolam with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Nkemakolam changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Machida looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Nkemakolam tries to advance to mount but can't.
Machida is looking for a sweep.
Nkemakolam throws a strike aimed at the side of Machida's head but Machida avoids it well.
Check out the look on Nkemakolam's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Nkemakolam is trying to ground and pound but Machida uses the momentary lack of control by Nkemakolam to regain half guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Machida has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Nkemakolam is working away from the top position though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Machida walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Nkemakolam swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
