The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Jones looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jones is defended easily by Pol.
A good leg kick by Pol.
Jones fails with the takedown.
Jones shoots in but Pol avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Van Pol has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dyanny Jones.
Jones on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Pol. Pol obviously looking to wear him down.
Pol ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jones moves away.
Jones misses with a series of wild punches.
Jones displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pol throws out the jab.
Jones tries to clinch up.
Pol misses with an uppercut. Jones saw that one coming.
Jones lands with a nice body punch.
Good shot there by Pol.

Jones looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jones dives in and grabs Pol's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pol pushes down on Jones's head and hops out.
Jones takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Jones stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Pol.
An inside leg kick lands from Pol.
Jones looks winded!
Pol thuds his right hand into Jones's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Jones has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Jones is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jones misses with a head kick.
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Pol finish him?
Pol misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jones.
Jones misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jones seems to have recovered his senses.
The fighters circle, before Pol throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Jones's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Pol lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
