Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jefferson Davis Hogg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago De Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hogg comes to the cage accompanied by Last Ones Standing. De Santos is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Drop the World. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Santos uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hogg.
De Santos shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hogg but Hogg pushes him off and we're back to square one.
De Santos tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
De Santos gets tackled into the cage by Hogg. Hogg maintains the clinch.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Jefferson Davis Hogg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thiago De Santos.
De Santos scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hogg doesn't seem bothered though.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as De Santos accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

We're going to have a standup here because Jefferson Davis Hogg wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
