Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Stephan Axe!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Valeri Chadov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bang tries for a takedown but Axe circles away easily
and Axe makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Bang dives in and grabs Axe's left leg, looking for a takedown. Axe pushes down on Bang's head and hops out.
Axe moves to clinch but Bang breaks away
and Bang counters with a left and a right that stings Axe.
Bang throws a hook but Axe blocks it.
Bang cracks Axe with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Bang throws a predictable looking body shot
and Axe connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bang looks to land a right hand but Axe moved out of range.

Bang lands with an uppercut that bounces Axe off the cage and back into range.
Axe tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bang shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bang showed some decent athleticism there.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
