Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Mink (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ishkabibble Schmukinphart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mink comes into the arena with Macho Man blaring out of the sound system. Schmukinphart has chosen Walk Like an Egyptian as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schmukinphart moves away from the strike by Mink.
A swing and a miss from Mink.
Mink bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Schmukinphart scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
It looks like Mike Mink has been cut.
Schmukinphart shoots in for a takedown but Mink shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Mink loads up on a big right hand but Schmukinphart slips the punch.
Schmukinphart will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mink cracks Schmukinphart with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
It looks like Ishkabibble Schmukinphart has been cut.

Mike Mink has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ishkabibble Schmukinphart.

Ishkabibble Schmukinphart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mink tests Schmukinphart's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Mink throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Schmukinphart sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Mink tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Schmukinphart was well out of range. Poor timing from Mink.
Mink throws a shot from downtown. Schmukinphart moves away and avoids it.

and Mink connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Mink keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Schmukinphart misses with a series of wild punches.

Schmukinphart ducks straight into an uppercut from Mink and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Schmukinphart manages to regain guard straight away.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mink tries to free his leg and advance position but Schmukinphart is retaining full guard.
Schmukinphart is still in real trouble! Can Mink finish him?
Mink decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Schmukinphart, up you get!
Schmukinphart seems to have recovered his senses.
A big left from Mink misses.
Schmukinphart looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mink is fending him off so far but Schmukinphart persists. Nope, Mink circles away and we're back to standing.
Schmukinphart looks to land a left hand but Mink moved out of range nicely.
Mink swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Mink is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Schmukinphart.
Mink throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Schmukinphart tumbling to the canvas!
Mink gets to his feet and stands over Schmukinphart, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Schmukinphart felt that one! Mink unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Schmukinphart from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mike Mink!
