Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jacob Cullen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryu Hayabusa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cullen comes to the ring accompanied by Breaking Fangs. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jacob Cullen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryu Hayabusa!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cullen ducks under a wild hook from Hayabusa.
Cullen sizes up Hayabusa with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Cullen uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hayabusa.
Hayabusa takes a kick to the side of the head.
A swing and a miss from Hayabusa.
Hayabusa ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cullen moves away.
Cullen misses the shot to the body.
Hayabusa circles away from the clinch attempt.
A slow jab from Hayabusa misses its intended target.
Hayabusa misses with a lunging right hand
and Cullen counters with a nice low kick that buckles Hayabusa's knee momentarily.
Hayabusa misses with a double jab.
Cullen tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Hayabusa paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Cullen tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Hayabusa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Cullen cracks a nice hook into Hayabusa's ribs.
Cullen scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hayabusa misses with an uppercut. Cullen saw that one coming.
Hayabusa avoids the head kick by Cullen.
Cullen thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Hayabusa if he has to take too many more of those.
A swing and a miss from Hayabusa.
Cullen lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hayabusa circles away quickly and effectively.
Cullen moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

That's one minute gone in the round.
A punch combination from Hayabusa misses.
Cullen misses with a head kick.
Cullen pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Cullen clinches up with Hayabusa and pushes him back against the ropes.
Hayabusa wants to break the clinch but can't.
Hayabusa looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Hayabusa pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Cullen is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Cullen throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hayabusa.
Cullen fails in his attempt to clinch.
Cullen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Cullen moves forwards but Hayabusa connects with a nice, crisp jab.


It looks like Jacob Cullen has been cut.
Cullen throws a sloppy head kick and Hayabusa moves out of range easily.
Hayabusa is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cullen.
Good shot there by Cullen.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cullen uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hayabusa.
Cullen drops his hands momentarily and Hayabusa takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Cullen lands a leg kick that knocks Hayabusa off balance momentarily.
Hayabusa is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Cullen misses with the combination.
Cullen tries a head kick but it misses.
Hayabusa might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Hayabusa lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
A big left from Hayabusa misses.
A head kick from Cullen lands but Hayabusa takes it in his stride.
Cullen throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Cullen fails with an attempt to clinch.
Cullen catches Hayabusa with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Cullen moves out of range of the strikes.
Cullen tries to clinch there but Hayabusa circles away.
Hayabusa misses with a right hand
and Cullen counters with a thumping low kick.
Hayabusa throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cullen.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Cullen throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hayabusa.
Hayabusa loads up on a big right hand but Cullen slips the punch.
Hayabusa misses with the combination.
Cullen throws a series of punches but Hayabusa avoids them all with ease.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Cullen is looking to clinch.

Hayabusa scores a knockdown with a big right hand! Cullen beats the count and gets back to his feet. The referee asks him to walk forwards and it appears he is OK so we'll continue the bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cullen lands a nice looking kick to the body. Hayabusa takes a step back to recover.
Jacob Cullen is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Cullen lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Hayabusa backs up against the ropes.
Hayabusa connects with a quick right hand that sends Cullen tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Ryu Hayabusa!
