Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between J Blunts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronnie Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blunts comes to the cage accompanied by Meek Mill - Polo & Shell Tops. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 12 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, J Blunts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Ronnie Riley!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Blunts.
Riley will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Blunts fails with a takedown attempt.
Riley keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Riley connects with a crisp jab.
Blunts misses with a head kick.
Riley throws a head kick that half lands.

Blunts decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Blunts throwing shots but Riley is blocking nicely.

Blunts takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Riley works his way to full guard. Good work.
Blunts wants to control from the top but Riley keeps moving.
Riley seems keen to control Blunts's posture.
Riley wants to hit a switch here but Blunts passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Riley there!

Riley can't escape the position.
Blunts lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Blunts lands with some strikes.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Riley is squirming around, avoiding Blunts's attempts to control the action.
Riley is trying desperately to improve position.
Poor strikes thrown by Blunts there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Blunts thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

Riley wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Blunts.
Riley keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Blunts thowing shots but they're missing.
Blunts landing strikes from the mount.
Blunts can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Riley is looking to escape.

Blunts postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Riley looks a forlorn figure.
Blunts breaks from Riley's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Blunts putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Blunts has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Blunts trying to control but he's not successful this time.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Riley swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Riley moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Blunts misses with a hook.
Riley avoids the body shot from Blunts.
Riley fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Blunts manages to avoid it.
Riley throws a quick inside leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A head kick by Blunts misses
and Riley counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Riley scores with the left hand. Blunts knows he should have avoided that one.
Riley wants to clinch up but Blunts keeps it at a distance.

Blunts avoids the body shot from Riley.
Riley throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Blunts lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Blunts thows a body kick. Riley tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Riley stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Riley tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Blunts paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Riley throws a body punch but Blunts moves out of range.

Riley is looking to slow Blunts down with leg kicks.

Riley gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Blunts.
Blunts fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Riley looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Blunts throws a hook but Riley avoids it easily.
Riley cracks Blunts with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Blunts lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Ronnie Riley is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Blunts is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Riley.

A close second round but Ronnie Riley will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Blunts moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Riley thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Blunts if he has to take too many more of those.
Riley connects with a leg kick. Blunts looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
A punch lands to the side of Blunts 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Riley throws a right hand that Blunts ducks under and follows up with a left that Blunts also avoids with ease.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Riley lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

I would just about give that final round to Ronnie Riley.
I think Riley has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
