The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Union scores with a jab to the head.
Elbow moves in looking to clinch but Union pushes him off.
Elbow closes the distance but Union moves to the side
and Union counters with a stiff right hand.
Elbow avoids a punch combination nicely.
Elbow keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Elbow has managed to clinch.
Union takes an elbow to the temple.
Union managing to block the knees to the body from Elbow.
Union tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Elbow just stands there and leans against the cage.
Elbow is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Union has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Elbow avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Mac Daddy Elbow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bregan Union.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Elbow just misses with a elbow thrown towards Union's brow.
Union is working for takedown but Elbow is calmly controlling the position for now.

Union changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Elbow fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Union throws the left hand but Elbow avoids the punch easily.

enabling Union to counter with a crisp jab.

Elbow is rocked!
Union goes for a small jab and connects. Now Union goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Elbow stumbles back but Union runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Elbow to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Elbow will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
