The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rajantakaa connects with a nice looking jab.

Rajantakaa fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Colossus.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

It looks like Kuiskaaja Rajantakaa has been cut.
Colossus tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rajantakaa swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Rajantakaa scores with a hook to the body. Colossus takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Rajantakaa shoots in for a double leg but Colossus sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Rajantakaa throws a low kick but Colossus moves out of range easily.

Colossus lands a left and a right that send Rajantakaa crashing to the mat, dazed. Colossus thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

After the fight, Jt Colossus was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
