Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vito Naga!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Izaak Waters!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yuuki Gou and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Naga shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Waters as he jumps to the side.
Waters connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Waters cracks Naga with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Naga walks into a jab.
Waters jabs Naga right on the nose. Naga blinks but takes it well.
Izaak Waters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Waters throws a looping overhand right but Naga ducks down to avoid it.
Waters pushes Naga up against the cage in a clinch.
Naga turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Waters wants to get back to his feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Naga throws an elbow but Waters slips to the side and avoids it well.
Naga in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Waters is not content to let Naga control the position.
Waters is trying to work for a sweep but Naga has mounted him!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Waters is trying to escape the mount.
Naga has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Waters's face.

Naga has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The referee warns Waters that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Naga pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Waters is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Waters tries to hold on but Naga pushes him away.
Waters is still in real trouble! Can Naga finish him?
Naga looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Waters covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vito Naga!
Vito Naga made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'i waited from a long time to destroy this guy..and today i did.. I cant wait for my next victim..and thank you all for ur love&support..i wont let u guys down..'.
