Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Jane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sativa Sensei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sensei comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Stevie Ray - Pride and Joy kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Patrick Jane had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

With a record of 22 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sativa Sensei!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jane throws a lazy right hand but Sensei sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Sensei throws a body kick that misses.
Jane looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Sensei misses with a jab to the body
and Jane counters with a three punch combo that has Sensei backing up. Sensei nods at Jane to acknowledge the strikes.
Sensei on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sensei jabs Jane to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Sensei throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round but I would say that Patrick Jane will probably get the nod.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Sensei in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
