The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matrix walks into a straight right hand from Diablo.
Matrix swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Diablo looks to land a combination but Matrix avoids it well.
Matrix lands with a nice body punch.
Matrix tries to clinch but Diablo is having none of it.
Matrix bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Diablo's head backwards.
A slow jab from Diablo misses its intended target.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Diablo catches Matrix with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Diablo throws a hook but Matrix blocks it.
Diablo looks to land a combination but Matrix avoids it well.
Diablo changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Diablo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Diablo. Matrix does a little dance to reset his feet.
Matrix digs a good hook to Diablo's body.

Matrix fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Diablo defending well as Matrix loads up on a big left hand.
Matrix lands with a good body shot.

Matrix misses the shot to the body.
Diablo stuns Matrix with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Diablo has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Diablo there as he acknowledges the shot.
Diablo swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Matrix.
Matrix on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Matrix connects with a crisp jab.
Diablo misses with a straight right.
Diablo throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Matrix on the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Diablo defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Matrix.
Diablo throws a series of punches but Matrix avoids them all with ease.
Diablo's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Matrix connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Diablo scrambles back to his feet.

Diablo is rocked!
Matrix jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Diablo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Matrix moves away.
Matrix swings for the body but Diablo moves out of range.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Diablo loads up on a big right hand but Matrix slips the punch.
Diablo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Diablo throws a hook but Matrix blocks it.
Diablo throws a big shot that misses.

Matrix lands a big uppercut and Diablo crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Diablo looks OK. Matrix waves Diablo back to his feet!
Diablo is still on wobbly legs! Can Matrix finish him?
Diablo throws a jab but it's blocked by Matrix.
Diablo walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Diablo limp body while Matrix jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
