Velasquez's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, UFC - Face the Pain. Sheen is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Winning! - Charlie Sheen. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Cain Velasquez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Charlie Sheen!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheen throws a wild body kick that Velasquez sees coming a mile off.
Sheen fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Velasquez shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sheen sprawls well. Sheen wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Velasquez gets slowly back to his feet.
Sheen thows a body shot but no joy.
Sheen throws a sloppy head kick and Velasquez moves out of range easily.
Sheen slaps away a takedown attempt from Velasquez, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Sheen tries to bum rush Velasquez with a series of wild strikes but Velasquez uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Charlie Sheen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Velasquez takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Velasquez uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sheen.
Sheen tries a low kick but Velasquez avoids it.
Sheen misses with a wild body shot.
Sheen looks to land a right hand but Velasquez moved out of range.
Sheen throws a leg kick but Velasquez sees it coming and moves out of range.
Sheen throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Velasquez counters with a shoot takedown. Sheen fights it but they end up in guard.

Velasquez makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sheen throws a shot from downtown. Velasquez moves away and avoids it.
Sheen throws a big shot that misses.
Sheen throws a jab but it's blocked by Velasquez.
Sheen swings for the body but Velasquez moves out of range.
No luck for Velasquez with that takedown attempt.

Velasquez shoots in and drives through. Sheen sprawls well.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Charlie Sheen hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
