Schmitt comes to the cage accompanied by In God We Trust - Stryper. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

With a record of 17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Ivan Milat!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Schmitt rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Milat moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Schmitt counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Milat thinking.

Milat throws a right and a left that Schmitt avoids nicely.
Schmitt will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Milat counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Milat looks at the referee who does nothing so Milat lands a crushing right that sends Schmitt to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ivan Milat!
