A bone on bone clash there as Sankari blocks the leg kick.
Tolonen connects with a leg kick. Sankari looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Sankari ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tolonen moves away.
Tolonen is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sankari sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Tolonen fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Sankari.
Sankari throws a series of punches but Tolonen moves out of range.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sankari lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

It looks like Nyrkki Sankari has been cut.
Sankari takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Tolonen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Tolonen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sankari has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tolonen has managed to get both his arms back between Sankari's legs - danger averted.
