Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Orlando Florida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kid Quick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Florida gets a takedown into half guard.
Florida is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Quick!
Quick wants to hold on but Florida pushes him away.
Florida is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Quick is in real trouble.
Quick is taking damage to the body and head.
Quick staying busy and making it hard for Florida to control.
Florida has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Florida is trying to stick to Quick's back but Quick is turning into Florida. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Florida's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Quick.
Florida is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Quick tries to free his leg and advance position but Florida is retaining full guard.
Florida wants to improve his position but instead Quick has moved into half guard.
Florida won't allow Quick to pass to mount.
Quick thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Florida's head.
Florida is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Quick throws a right hand that Florida ducks under and follows up with a left that Florida also avoids with ease.
Good exchange - Quick coming out on top.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Florida moves out of range of the body kick.
Quick misses with a jab, cross combination.
Florida lands with a slapping head kick.
Quick lands a lovely overhand right.
Quick dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Quick throws a right and a left that both miss.
Quick tries to clinch up but Florida circles away and keeps his distance.
Quick will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kid Quick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Quick lands a with a good body shot.
Florida showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Quick.
Quick looks gassed!
Florida tries to clinch but Quick is having none of it.

Florida takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Quick finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Nice body punch from Quick.
Florida shoots in for a double leg but Quick sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Quick connects with a looping right hand.
Left hook, right uppercut from Quick.
Quick throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Quick throws a sloppy head kick
and Florida finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Florida lands a nice looking body shot.
A solid leg kick lands there for Florida.
Kid Quick is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Quick moves in looking to clinch but Florida pushes him off.
Quick misses with a few strikes there.
Quick wants to clinch
and Florida counters with a three punch combo that has Quick backing up. Quick nods at Florida to acknowledge the strikes.
Quick throws a left and a right that both miss
and Florida counters with an outside leg kick.
Quick fails to land with a series of punches.
Florida fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Quick throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Florida tumbling to the canvas!

Florida is rocked!

It looks like Orlando Florida has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Quick accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Oh Florida is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Quick really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Florida. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Quick throws a big right hand that misses.
Quick throwing strikes but missing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Quick looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Florida seems to have got his legs back now.
Florida lands with a kick to the temple. Quick shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Quick drops Florida with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Florida! Quick dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
