Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daisuke Numazawa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Caol Uno!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uno feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Numazawas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Numazawa fails with the takedown
and Uno counters with a straight right hand.
A slapping leg kick lands for Uno.
Uno fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Numazawa.
Uno changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Uno scores with a punch to the head.
Uno scores with a nice right hand.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Numazawa tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Uno counters with a one-two to the body.
Uno throws a good cross that connects.
Numazawa doesn't succeed with the takedown
enabling Uno to counter with a crisp jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Numazawa tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Uno manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Uno connects with a looping right hand.
Numazawa looks to clinch
and Numazawa takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Uno fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Numazawa tries for a takedown but Uno circles away easily
and Uno counters with a nice body kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daisuke Numazawa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Numazawa is breathing heavily.
Uno catches Numazawa with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

and Uno counters with a left to the body.
Uno fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Numazawa on the side of the head.
Caol Uno is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Uno cracks Numazawa with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Numazawa falls to his knees and Uno doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Caol Uno!
