Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Deacon Griggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kim Young Il (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Griggs comes to the cage accompanied by Church by T-Pain. Il is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by RATM - Renegades of Funk. Deacon Griggs had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Il on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Il's jab looks to have found its range, popping Griggs under the eye.
Il dodges the punch combination from Griggs.
Il pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Griggs lands with a hook. Il tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Il attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Il forces Griggs back against the cage and clinches.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kim Young Il seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Griggs misses with a hook. Il ducked under it nicely.

Il is looking to slow Griggs down with leg kicks.
Il thuds his right hand into Griggs's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Il, as that shot connected.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kim Young Il seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

You can see the frustration on Il's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Il is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Griggs is staying active.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Il is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Griggs drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Griggs jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Il is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Griggs will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Kim Young Il is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Kim Young Il was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Kim Young Il comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Il has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
