McAlister takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Randy Ortiz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ortiz ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Ortiz throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McAlister.
Ortiz pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Ortiz bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
McAlister throws a body punch but Ortiz moves out of range.
Ortiz connects with a looping right hand.
McAlister avoids a kick to the body.

McAlister ducks under a wild hook from Ortiz.
McAlister throws a solid leg kick but Ortiz takes the impact on his shin and smiles at McAlister.
McAlister throws a lazy uppercut
and Ortiz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
McAlister lands a jab to the nose.
McAlister doesn't manage to clinch there - Ortiz circles away.
McAlister throws a right and a left that both miss.
McAlister dips to his left and cracks Ortiz with an uppercut!
McAlister takes one on the button.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ortiz has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from McAlister finds it's way round the side to connect with Ortiz's head.
Duncan McAlister is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ortiz falls off balance throwing a combination
and McAlister counters with a huge head kick that drops Ortiz! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!
