Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Baraka Simengwa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikolai Radev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Simengwa might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Afande Sele feat Ditto - Darubini kali. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Radev keeps the fight on the outside.
Radev misses with a wild body shot.
Simengwa fails with an attempt to clinch.
Radev lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Radev.
Radev misses with a low kick.
Radev lands with a straight right. Simengwa didn't see that one coming.
Simengwa wants to clinch but Radev slips to the side
and Radev counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

and Radev counters with a low kick, right behind Simengwa 's knee.
Radev lands with a good body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Simengwa moves to clinch but Radev breaks away
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Radev with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Radev lands a nice leg kick that just misses Simengwa's sensitive parts.
Radev throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Simengwa's head.
Simengwa has Radev up against the cage in a clinch.
Simengwa tries to pull guard but Radev won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Radev lands a hook to the side of the head.
A short right from Radev.
Radev is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Simengwa tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Simengwa tries to pull guard but Radev forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Baraka Simengwa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Radev lands an uppercut.
Simengwa prevents a body shot from Radev.
Simengwa is trying to pull guard but Radev has him pressed against the cage.
Simengwa tries to pull guard but Radev won't allow it.
Radev manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Radev creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Simengwa has Radev pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Radev manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Simengwa tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Radev just stands there and leans against the cage.

Simengwa jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Radev walks away with a smile on his face. Simengwa gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Radev lands a jab to Simengwa's midsection.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Simengwa tries for a takedown but Radev circles away easily
and Radev counters with a stiff right hand.
Simengwa is breathing heavily.
An inside leg kick lands from Radev.
Simengwa walks into a stiff left hand from Radev.
Simengwa is rocked!
Radev connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Simengwa momentarily.
Oh Simengwa is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Radev ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Simengwa's jaw. Simengwa's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Radev does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Nikolai Radev!
After winning the bout, Nikolai Radev thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
