The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter looks to throw the jab but Babin is out of range.
Carter throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Babin counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Babin fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Carter, pushing him back against the cage.
Carter misses with a hook from the clinch.

Carter lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Carter misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Babin lands a shoulder strike.

Babin lands a left hand that snaps the head of Carter backwards.

Babin is pressed up against the cage. Carter has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Babin down to the mat. Babin avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Carter throws an overhand right that lands on Babin's shoulder, as Babin tries to avoid the shot.
A slapping leg kick lands for Babin.
Babin cracks the inside of Carter's front leg.
Carter is breathing heavily.
Babin lands a nice leg kick that just misses Carter's sensitive parts.
Babin feints and then cracks Carter's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Carter down.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

and Babin counters with a good low kick that Carter was not able to check.
Babin fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
That kick from Babin tenderised Carter's leg. Carter is trying to keep his angry face on.
Babin throws a head kick that half lands.

Babin drops Carter with a beautiful combination! Carter stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Babin is looking for the KO!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Babin ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Carter out cold! The fight is over!
