Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Ray Thoen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thoen comes to the ring accompanied by Fock Wachten . Jack Tyson will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Tyson!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Ren Mimura and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thoen throws a leg kick

and before Thoen can reset, Tyson rushes him with a swarm of punches, sending him crashing to the floor, in all sorts of trouble! Thoen is trying to beat the count but we're up to 6 already and he's nowhere near. 7,8... he's up! He's going to continue!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A low kick from Tyson misses
and Thoen counters with a left to the body.
Thoen circles away from the clinch attempt
and Thoen counters with a nice low kick that buckles Tyson's knee momentarily.
Thoen misses with a series of wild punches.
Thoen blocks the body kick.
Thoen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tyson.
Tyson scores with a kick to the midsection.
Thoen throws a push kick but Tyson slaps the foot to one side.
Jack Tyson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tyson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Thoen counters with a good low kick that Tyson was not able to check.
Tyson looks winded!
Tyson throws a sloppy head kick and Thoen moves out of range easily.
Tyson throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Thoen counters with a slapping leg kick.
Thoen moves out of range as Tyson strikes.
Tyson takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tyson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Thoen scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Tyson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Thoen throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tyson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Thoen tries to land a front kick but Tyson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
A low kick from Tyson is predictable there
and Thoen makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Tyson walks into a straight right hand and goes down! Thoen rushes to a neutral corner so the count doesn't get delayed but Tyson has made it back to his feet on 5. He's OK so we're back to the action.
Thoen scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Thoen thuds his shin into the meat of Tyson's side.
Thoen will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tyson throws a left and a right that both miss
and Thoen makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Thoen lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Tyson avoids the head kick by Thoen.
Thoen throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Thoen bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Tyson avoids the body shot from Thoen.
Tyson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ray Thoen dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Thoen thumps Tyson with a low kick.
Thoen connects with a leg kick. Tyson looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Ray Thoen is winning the standup battle so far.
Thoen with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Thoen is looking to wear down Tyson with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tyson takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

Thoen scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Tyson to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.

Tyson is rocked!

It looks like Jack Tyson has been cut.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Thoen.
Tyson is still on wobbly legs! Can Thoen finish him?
Thoen throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Tyson seems to have recovered his senses.
Crunch! Thoen slams his shin into Tyson's torso.
Tyson has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Thoen.
Thoen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A nice leg kick lands there from Thoen.
Tyson is breathing heavily.
Thoen scores with a kick to the body.
Thoen keeps Tyson at a distance using the push kick.

Thoen connects with a leg kick. Tyson looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Thoen lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Thoen digs a good body shot into Tyson's ribs.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Thoen scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Tyson to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Thoen away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Tyson got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
Thoen throws a head kick that misses.
Tyson's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Tyson tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Thoen scores with a big combo that sends Tyson crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but the referee has seen enough as Tyson flops around uncontrollably and he's called an end to the fight! Thoen jumps onto the ropes and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Gross.

Post fight, Ray Thoen took to the microphone: 'Ole Jack the giant was pretty tough out there. I guess I didn't too bad for a 70 pound weight difference, huh?'.
