The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boorg lands with a kick to the temple. Constantinides shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Ares Constantinides has been cut.

Constantinides throws a leg kick which misses Boorg's front leg but catches the back leg as Boorg tries to avoid it.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Constantinides enables Boorg to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Constantinides manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Boorg changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Constantinides tries to avoid it but Boorg manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Constantinides to the ground. Constantinides escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ares Constantinides has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ishmael Boorg.
