Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jay Tarver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ric Landeverde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarver shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Landeverde counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
