Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Franklyn Vass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dee Nyde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vass comes to the cage accompanied by Highway to Hell (AC/DC). Nyde has chosen Get cape Wear cape-Fly as his entrance music. Franklyn Vass is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Franklyn Vass!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dee Nyde!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vass darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Vass stalling away here and it's allowed Nyde to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Vass wants to get up but he can't break Nyde's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Nyde has his feet on Vass's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Nyde clinches up with Vass and pushes him back against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nyde lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Nyde scores with a nice hook to the head.
Nyde stalling the fight.

Nyde gets control of Vass's arms and successfully pulls guard. Nyde will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nyde looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Vass puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Ground and pound from Vass.
Nyde pushes Vass off looking to stand but Vass dives back in and keeps control.

Nyde trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Vass manages to pass to mount!
Nyde is squirming around, avoiding Vass's attempts to control the action.

Vass looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Nyde is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Nyde is looking to get to half guard.
Nyde is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Nyde tries to buck Vass off but Vass takes his back!
Will Vass go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Vass just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Dee Nyde will probably get the nod.
That's time! Vass's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Nyde tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Nyde closes the distance and pushes Vass back into the cage.
Nyde lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Nyde misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Nyde tightens his grip and picks Vass up, before dumping him to the ground. Vass manages to land in guard.

Vass has his feet on Nyde's thighs here. He's pushed Nyde off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Nyde screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
