Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nolan Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martin comes to the cage accompanied by War - The Sick Puppies. Guy has chosen Old Spice Guy Intro as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Guy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Guy takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Martin misses with a low kick.
Martin misses with an uppercut. Guy saw that one coming.
Martin tries to land a body kick
and Guy counters with a nice low kick that buckles Martin's knee momentarily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Martin is defended easily by Guy.
Martin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Guy tries to avoid it but Martin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Guy to the ground. Guy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Martin lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Martin. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Guy got a little sloppy there for a moment and Martin has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Guy has managed to get both his arms back between Martin's legs - danger averted.
