The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Braga drops his hands momentarily and Garcia takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Braga checks a leg kick.

Garcia shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Braga's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Braga has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Garcia can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
