Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Drake Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marco Leone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marco Leone!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Lou da Vinci and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Leone.
Leone shoots in for a double leg but Roberts sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Leone fails to land the takedown.
Leone checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Leone lands a head kick. Roberts smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Roberts misses with an uppercut.
Leone moves to clinch but Roberts breaks away
and Roberts counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Roberts walks into a straight right hand from Leone.

Roberts moves into range and clinches up with Leone.
Roberts comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Leone is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Leone tries for a takedown but Roberts manages to get underhooks.
Drake Roberts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marco Leone.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Roberts creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Roberts throws an elbow but it misses.
Roberts blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Leone blocks the elbow strike.

Roberts pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Roberts clinches up against the cage.
Leone tries to work over Roberts's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Roberts breaks from the clinch.
Roberts misses with a wild body shot.
Leone shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Roberts eats them both and turns towards Leone to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Roberts keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Roberts clinches up against the cage.

Roberts breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Roberts closes the distance and clinches.
Roberts gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
With the fighters up against the cage, Roberts throws an elbow but misses.

Roberts escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Roberts misses the jab.
Roberts moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Roberts ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Leone moves away.

Roberts moves into range and clinches up with Leone.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Roberts creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Leone's defenses.

It looks like Marco Leone has been cut.
Roberts lands a nice elbow.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Roberts.
With the fighters up against the cage, Roberts throws an elbow but misses.

Roberts's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Leone gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Roberts scores with a body shot.
Roberts steps in with a hook that catches Leone right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Roberts follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Leone looks absolutely devastated.
