Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Torpen Reamono (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Veron Totto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Torpen Reamono!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Veron Totto!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Reamono has managed to clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Reamono's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Totto turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Reamono trying his best to control but Totto has mounted him.
Totto controlling the position easily from mount.
Totto avoids the attempt from Reamono to control.
Reamono is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Totto controlling from mount.
Totto's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Reamono is wriggling around trying to escape.
Totto controlling the position easily from mount.
Reamono is looking to get to half guard.
Reamono holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Totto tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Totto looking to control and managing it successfully.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Reamono keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Totto looking for a guillotine from mount but Reamono is having none of it.
Reamono is desperately trying to improve his position but Totto has a good base and remains in mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Totto looking to ground and pound but Reamono is blocking nicely.
A nice elbow there by Totto.
Totto lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Reamono knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Totto on the ground.

Totto cracks Reamono with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Totto looking to control and managing it successfully.
It looks like Totto might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Totto pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Reamono is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Totto lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Reamono is breathing heavily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Reamono tries to hold on but Totto pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Veron Totto dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



Reamono fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Totto sprawls well initially but Reamono persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Totto is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Reamono's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Reamono's back!
Totto is working the ground and pound. Can Reamono escape?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Totto keeps control of the position easily here as Reamono tries to buck him off.
Well, with Totto on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Reamono is tapping out... Can he escape the position?
Reamono trying to control the action but Totto just sinks the hooks in.
Totto just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

Reamono is trying to break free.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Good control from Totto.
Totto has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Veron Totto has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Reamono closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Totto quickly recovers to half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Totto makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Totto.
Reamono looking to sit in guard and control but Totto gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Totto's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Reamono can't keep his opponent in guard - Totto advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Totto works his way into side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The referee asks Totto politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Totto prefers to stall for the moment though.
Totto has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Reamono!

Reamono tries to lock up and control but Totto gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Totto pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Totto with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Totto scoring with strikes but Reamono is staying in there.
Totto looking to control and managing it successfully.

Totto in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Totto takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Veron Totto showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!



Totto throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Reamono was covering up waiting for the punch and Totto finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Reamono can't keep his opponent in guard - Totto advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Totto keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Totto throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Totto is taking a breather. Reamono says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Totto not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Totto scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Totto content to control rather than advance.
Veron Totto has got the better of the ground game so far.
Totto missing with the ground and pound from half guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Totto in particular looking to stall.

Let's hope that Totto has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
