Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chris Herzog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Puman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Herzog comes to the cage accompanied by Takida - Curly Sue. Puman has chosen Lunatic Soul - Lunatic Soul as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puman just misses with a punch to the body.
Herzog throws a head kick that misses.
Herzog throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Herzog smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Herzog throws a hook to the side of Puman's head but Puman sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Herzog has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Puman uses from the top position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Chris Herzog.
