Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bastian Nokia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Papabol Pol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Bastian Nokia has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nokia fails with a takedown attempt.
Pol looks to score with a jab to the body but Nokia is just out of range.

and Nokia counters with a single leg into guard. Pol didn't expect that.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pol can do anything to dispel that myth.
Nokia manages to capitalize on a mistake by Pol to take his back!

Nokia is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Papabol Pol hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Nokia shoots in but Pol avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Nokia decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Pol's guard.
Pol wants to stand but Nokia is controlling the position.

And that's the end of the fight!
Bastian Nokia showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Nokia, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
