Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luis Alberto Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perez's entrance music is Hollywood Undead - Hear Me Now . A fine choice. Gracie has chosen Holdin on to Black Metal as his entrance music. Luis Alberto Perez had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Matt Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perez lands with a nice body kick.
Gracie ducks under a wild hook from Perez.

Perez clinches up with Gracie and pushes him back against the ropes.
Gracie wants to break the clinch but can't.
Perez lands a nice knee to the body.
Perez digs a right hand into Gracie's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Gracie's gas tank.
Gracie stalling in the clinch but Perez improves position.

Perez breaks the clinch.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown but Perez shows good takedown defense.
Perez misses with a wild body shot.
Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Perez is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Perez circles away and we're back to standing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A punch lands to the side of Gracie 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Perez jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Gracie takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Gracie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Perez pinned against the ropes. Perez gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Luis Alberto Perez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Gracie.
Perez throws a head kick that misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Perez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gracie lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Perez circles away quickly and effectively.
Gracie tries to clinch there but Perez circles away.
Perez fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Perez gets a clinch.

Perez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Gracie walks forward, straight into a front kick from Perez.
Perez stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Luis Alberto Perez is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Gracie tries to clinch but Perez moves away
and Perez counters with a nice uppercut.

Gracie is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Perez connects with a body shot.
Gracie looks winded!
Gracie fails with the takedown
and Perez counters with a huge left! Gracie is in big trouble! He's backing up but Perez isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Gracie from any more damage. A dominating finish by Perez!
