Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Koopa Troopa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Freedom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Troopa's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Koopa Troopa. Freedom has chosen Johnny Freedom as his entrance music. Koopa Troopa is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Troopa doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Freedom counters with a leg kick.
Troopa misses with an uppercut.
That kick from Freedom tenderised Troopa's leg. Troopa is trying to keep his angry face on.
Troopa shoots for a takedown but Freedom saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Freedom throws a series of punches but Troopa moves out of range.

Troopa manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Freedom on his heels. He'll look to pass Freedom's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Troopa stalling away here and it's allowed Freedom to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Freedom can do anything to dispel that myth.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Troopa stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Freedom.
Freedom will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Troopa loses concentration momentarily and Freedom pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Troopa crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Freedom finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
