Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Jayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uncle Rico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jayne comes to the cage accompanied by The Doors-People Are Strange . Patrick Jayne had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Patrick Jayne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

19 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Uncle Rico!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Jeff Smith and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rico rushes Jayne and presses him up against the cage.
Jayne turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Jayne manages to end up in side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
You can see the frustration on Rico's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The ground and pound from Jayne seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

No joy there for Rico, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Uncle Rico is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Rico has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Jayne clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Rico has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jayne can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rico accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rico decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jayne, up you get!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jayne looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

I would just about give that final round to Uncle Rico.
