The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patterson on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Petrova. Petrova obviously looking to wear him down.
Petrova avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Patterson cracks Petrova with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Petrova thows a left - swing and a miss!
Petrova will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Patterson throws the kick towards the body but Petrova avoids it.
Petrova swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Patterson.

It looks like Hank Patterson has been cut.
Petrova takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
A left lands for Petrova.
Patterson scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

Patterson throws an overhand right that lands on Petrova's shoulder, as Petrova tries to avoid the shot.

Petrova stuffs the takedown attempt from Patterson. Patterson gets slowly back to his feet.
A jab from Petrova finds it's way through Patterson's defenses.

Petrova throws a shot from downtown. Patterson moves away and avoids it.
Oh Patterson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Petrova continues to tee off on Patterson, landing with a left and a right! Petrova connects with a right hand that leaves Patterson sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Petrova!
