The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by E Neuman. E Neuman obviously looking to wear him down.
James sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
James takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
James takes a kick to the side of the head.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by E Neuman.
E Neuman connects with a right hand. James shakes it off.
Bubba James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
E Neuman stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and E Neuman wants it to stay on the feet.
E Neuman throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

James drops his hands momentarily and E Neuman takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

E Neuman scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. James doesn't seem bothered though.

E Neuman connects with a leg kick. James looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
