Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Jonathan Paton and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smaug ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Smaug scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Helmer fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Smaug avoids it really well and circles away.
Helmer tries to score a power double leg takedown but Smaug sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Helmer somewhat.
Smaug scores with a hook to the body. Helmer takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Helmer is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Smaug scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Smaug lands a right hook to the body.
Smaug throws a shot to the body.
Helmer takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Smaug jabs Helmer to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Stig Helmer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smaug throws a front kick that sends Helmer stumbling back into the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Smaug lands a glancing blow to the side of Helmer's head.
It looks like Stig Helmer has been cut.
Smaug sends Helmer crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Smaug is motioning to the referee to let Helmer up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Helmer is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Smaug lands a nice hook to Helmer's body. Helmer takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Smaug fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Smaug lands with a nice body punch.
Smaug ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Smaug throws a shot to the body.
Smaug keeps Helmer at a distance using the push kick.
Smaug cracks Helmer with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Smaug has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Helmer to stand back up!
Oh Helmer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Helmer gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Smaug points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Helmer wakes up just in time to hear Smaug thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Cinder Smaug!
Cinder Smaug seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
