Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lungdumtu Amah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Connan Mandlei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lungdumtu Amah could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Connan Mandlei's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mandlei shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Amah sprawls well. Amah wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mandlei gets slowly back to his feet.
Horrible takedown by Mandlei or perhaps it was just good defense by Amah which made him look bad.
Amah displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mandlei.

Mandlei shoots in looking for a takedown but Amah manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mandlei's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Amah stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mandlei swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Amah drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Amah jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Amah is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Mandlei to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Mandlei shrugs it off.
