The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mens paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Jackson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Jackson throws a strike but Mens avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mens is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jackson is aware though and is defending well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jackson works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Jackson throws a strike but Mens avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Jackson throws an elbow that misses. Mens uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jackson's guard. Nice move by Mens!
Mens pushes down on Jackson's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Jackson is trying to stand.
Mens is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jackson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Mens.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Mens trying to control the action but Jackson is working from the bottom.
Mens is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jackson is just riding it out for now. Mens eventually gives up the hold.

Mens has got one arm under Jackson's chin. This could be trouble... Jackson trying to control the other hand but Mens gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Jackson has tapped out! The fight is over!
