Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Randolf Brox!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Patrick Alders and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Brox with that takedown attempt.
Brox missing with a left hand there. Drwal was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
The fight stays on the outside here - Drwal looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Drwal fails to land with a series of punches.
Brox will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Brox has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Brox blocks the body kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Brox paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

A close round but Randolf Brox will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Drwal fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Brox shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Brox tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Brox has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Drwal pushes Brox away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Brox gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Brox is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Drwal looks calm but he's in trouble here. Brox gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Drwal is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Brox lets go of the hold and Drwal can pop his arm back in it's socket.
