Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Pedro Matheus!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCall keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Matheus looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Matheus moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
McCall moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Matheus goes down! Can McCall finish him!?
Matheus is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
McCall postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Matheus covers up, he's hurt! McCall keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from McCall and the ref steps in to end the fight! McCall can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Liam McCall!
In his post fight interview, Liam McCall started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
