Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lou Ferrigno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lou Ferrigno has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 29 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lou Ferrigno!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Miller closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Miller misses with a hook to the ribs.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Ferrigno blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Miller manages to break the clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Ferrigno swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ferrigno goes for a double leg but Miller avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Miller continues to drive forward.

Miller breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Miller fails with an attempt to clinch.

Ferrigno shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Ferrigno was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Ferrigno is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Miller's shoulder. That is not cool.

Miller tries to improve position but can't.
Miller is not content to let Ferrigno control the position.
Miller wants to control but Ferrigno postures up.

Ferrigno is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
What's Miller going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle.

Ferrigno is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Miller is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ferrigno wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Miller, who protects the arm well.

That's time! Miller's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Miller got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ferrigno has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Miller has managed to get both his arms back between Ferrigno's legs - danger averted.

Ferrigno swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Miller is now in Ferrigno's guard. A big mistake from Ferrigno there, giving up the dominant position!

And that's the end of the fight!
Lou Ferrigno comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Ferrigno has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
