Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vince Dixon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jack Anderson!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dixon catches Anderson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Dixon connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Anderson's hands.
Dixon definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Dixon tries to bum rush Anderson with a series of wild strikes but Anderson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Dixon tests Anderson's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Dixon lands a slapping body shot.
Dixon throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Anderson fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Dixon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Anderson was well out of range. Poor timing from Dixon.
Dixon blocks a head kick by Anderson.
Vince Dixon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dixon throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Anderson throws an overhand right that lands on Dixon's shoulder, as Dixon tries to avoid the shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dixon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Anderson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dixon.
Anderson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Anderson thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Dixon if he has to take too many more of those.

Dixon misses the body punch
and Anderson counters with a head kick.

Anderson moves in looking to clinch but Dixon pushes him off.
Dixon is looking to slow Anderson down with leg kicks.
Dixon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Anderson.
Anderson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Dixon misses with a body shot.
Dixon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Anderson moves away.
Anderson checks a low kick from Dixon.
Dixon misses with a low kick.
Dixon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dixon swings for the body but Anderson moves out of range.
Dixon throws a head kick that looked like it stung.


It looks like Jack Anderson has been cut.
Anderson explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Anderson lands with a nice body punch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dixon checks a leg kick nicely.
Anderson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dixon.
Dixon attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Anderson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Anderson tries to work over Dixon's front leg with a kick but Dixon checks it.
Dixon keeps the fight on the outside.

Anderson lands the left hand.
Anderson avoids a punch combination nicely.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Anderson enables Dixon to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Anderson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Dixon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Dixon wants to pass the guard but Anderson is keeping the position.

Dixon is pushing down on Anderson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Anderson is fighting to maintain full guard but Dixon has managed to sneak the leg through.

Dixon wants to pass to mount but Anderson is defending the position.

Dixon is looking for a kimura here.
Dixon wants to take a breather but Anderson is having none of it.
Dixon frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Dixon throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dixon in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Anderson is trying desperately to improve position.
Anderson wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Dixon.

Anderson keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Dixon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Dixon pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.


The cut above Jack Anderson's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jack Anderson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Vince Dixon!
Vince Dixon gave a mention to LOD: Affordable Quality in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
In defeat, Jack Anderson stepped up to the mic, saying 'Haha you think.I lost I never lose no one can beat me I'm the best this was a lie you cheated by drugging me cuz there's no way you could ever beat me I'm the best'.
