The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Daniel Cesar and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trail scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Trail uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Leonardo.
A bone on bone clash there as Leonardo blocks the leg kick.
Trail motions for Leonardo to come forward. Trail throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Trail throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Leonardo avoids the head kick by Trail.
Leonardo gets tackled into the cage by Trail. Trail maintains the clinch.
Leonardo tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Trail breaks the clinch.
Trail showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Leonardo.
Leonardo moves into range and clinches up with Trail.
Leonardo misses with some punches.
Leonardo blocking some punches.
Trail breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

A short body shot lands from Trail as the two fighters clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Leonardo goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Trail lands a shoulder strike.
Trail blocks a body shot from Leonardo.
Leonardo tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Leonardo misses with a body punch.
Leonardo tries to work over Trail's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Trail lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Trail escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Leonardo looks to score with a jab to the body but Trail is just out of range.
Trail has taken the fight to the clinch.
Leonardo misses with some punches.
Trail blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Trail throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Trail leaning against his opponent.
Still in the clinch, Trail scores with a nice short uppercut.

Trail is trying to push Leonardo away but Leonardo has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Leonardo misses with a body punch.
Trail swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Trail breaks from the clinch.
An inside leg kick from Trail misses.
Trail moves out of range of the body kick from Leonardo.
Trail feints and then cracks Leonardo's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Leonardo down.
Trail throws a head kick but Leonardo moves out of range.
Good leg kick by Trail there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Trail! Leonardo is out on his feet! Trail rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Leonardo is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Leonardo is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
