The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torres stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Troc.
Torres pushes Troc away with a front kick.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Troc lands an elbow inside.
Torres managing to block the knees to the body from Troc.
Troc lands an elbow that stopped Torres in his tracks for a moment.

Torres tries to pull guard but Troc holds him up against the cage and eventually Torres drops back down to his feet.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Torres here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Torres clobbers Troc with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Troc on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Torres feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
