Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Luciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goa Goa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luciano comes to the cage accompanied by Still Ballin. Charlie Luciano has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luciano wants to clinch up but Goa keeps it at a distance.
Luciano lands a nice shot to the body.
Luciano misses with a two punch combination.
A telegraphed right hand from Luciano misses the target.
Luciano connects with a body shot.
Luciano throws a body punch but Goa moves out of range.
Luciano throws out a powerful jab.
Goa checks the leg kick.
Luciano throws a right hand that Goa ducks under and follows up with a left that Goa also avoids with ease.
A looping hook to the body misses from Luciano. Goa does a little dance to reset his feet.
Luciano throws a lazy right hand but Goa sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Luciano throws a series of punches but Goa avoids them all with ease.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Goa.
Goa moves out of range as Luciano strikes.

Luciano connects with a leg kick. Goa looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Charlie Luciano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Luciano connects with a jab.
Goa looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Luciano lunges at Goa with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Goa's hand.

Goa dives in and scores a takedown into Luciano's guard.
Luciano preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Goa throws a big right hand that misses.

Goa wants to control from the top but Luciano keeps moving.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Goa tries to free his leg and advance position but Luciano is retaining full guard.
Luciano wants to stand but Goa is controlling the position.
Goa throws an elbow that misses. Luciano uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Goa's guard. Nice move by Luciano!
Goa looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Luciano puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Luciano escapes and gets back to his feet.
Goa has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Luciano.
Luciano catches Goa with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Luciano looks to land a left hand but Goa moved out of range nicely.
A looping hook to the body misses from Luciano. Goa does a little dance to reset his feet.
Goa uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Luciano.
Goa tries to score a power double leg takedown but Luciano sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Goa somewhat.
Goa takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Luciano gets a clinch.

Goa works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Goa stays in close to Luciano's body and controls the position.
Goa prevents Luciano from getting back to his feet.
Luciano keeping moving, preventing Goa from controlling successfully.
Goa throws an elbow that misses. Luciano uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Goa's guard. Nice move by Luciano!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Luciano gets to his feet. Goa looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Charlie Luciano dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Luciano throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Luciano tests Goa's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Goa fails with a takedown attempt.
Goa uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Luciano.
Goa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Luciano as he jumps to the side.
Luciano tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Goa was well out of range. Poor timing from Luciano.
Luciano cracks Goa with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Goa circles away from the clinch attempt.
Goa moves away from the strike by Luciano.
Goa takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Goa throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Luciano's waist but Luciano gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Goa off to one side.
Charlie Luciano has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Goa Goa.
Luciano swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Goa.

Goa is rocked!
Luciano lands a brutal uppercut that launches Goa off his feet! Goa tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
