The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watermelon slips a jab and a cross from Lockyer.
Watermelon misses with a few strikes there.
Phil Watermelon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fighters circling - Lockyer throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Watermelon shoots and misses
and Lockyer cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Watermelon shoots in for a double leg but Lockyer sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Lockyer misses with an uppercut. Watermelon saw that one coming.
Lockyer checks a leg kick.

Watermelon throws a lazy right hand but Lockyer sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lockyer jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Lockyer lunges at Watermelon with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Watermelon's hand.

Watermelon is rocked!
Lockyer catches Watermelon with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Watermelon forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
