Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dingle Berrian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby TupperII (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Berrian comes to the cage accompanied by Protectors of the Earth. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dingle Berrian!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby TupperII!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
TupperII shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Berrian sprawls well. Berrian wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. TupperII gets slowly back to his feet.
Dingle Berrian seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Berrian throws a lazy head kick
and TupperII counters with a one-two to the body.
TupperII uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Berrian.

Berrian breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Berrian using the Thai plumb to throw knees but TupperII has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Berrian is looking to control TupperII's arms but TupperII gets an underhook and turns him. Now Berrian has his back to the cage.

TupperII's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Berrian wants to land a leg kick but TupperII is out of range.
Berrian throws a head kick that misses.

TupperII shoots in and bounces Berrian off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Berrian is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. TupperII is aware though and is defending well.

TupperII drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and TupperII jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Berrian will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
TupperII stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Berrian swivels though and keeps the full guard.

TupperII has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Berrian has his foot on TupperII's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. TupperII works his way back into a safe position though.

Berrian has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but TupperII can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

TupperII drops back looking for a leg! Berrian is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Berrian manages to kick TupperII off! TupperII jumps back into Berrian's guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bobby TupperII dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Berrian moves in looking to clinch but TupperII pushes him off.

Berrian tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Berrian fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

TupperII fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Berrian takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.


It looks like Bobby TupperII has been cut.

Dingle Berrian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby TupperII.

TupperII closes the distance and clinches up with Berrian, looking for a takedown. TupperII pushes Berrian against the cage but Berrian circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
TupperII throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Berrian's waist but Berrian gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing TupperII off to one side.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

TupperII lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

TupperII wants to lay and pray for a moment but Berrian keeps working.

TupperII working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
TupperII is taking a breather. Berrian says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

TupperII is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

TupperII is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Berrian defends it well.

TupperII has hold of Berrian's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Berrian manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
