Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Motecuhzoma Xocoyotzin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Rave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xocoyotzin comes to the cage accompanied by Leverage - Sentenced. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rave fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Xocoyotzin sprawls well initially but Rave persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

That was a close round but I would say that Motecuhzoma Xocoyotzin will probably get the nod.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Rave crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Xocoyotzin - the referee stops the clock and Rave gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Xocoyotzin. Rave manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That's time! Xocoyotzin's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Xocoyotzin throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rave stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Xocoyotzin cracks Rave with a right hand to the side of the head.
Rave walks straight into a right hand from Xocoyotzin - that's dropped him! Xocoyotzin jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Rave from any more punishment! Rave complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
