Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yuri Hanzzle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Macsteel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Paul Macsteel was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macsteel gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Hanzzle counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Hanzzle stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Macsteel swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hanzzle is stalling in the full guard.

Macsteel tries to strike from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hanzzle pushes down on Macsteel's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Hanzzle wants to pass the guard but Macsteel is defending well.

Macsteel is in a horrible position here. Hanzzle smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hanzzle pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Macsteel takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Hanzzle lands a heavy elbow.
Hanzzle looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Macsteel covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
